Return Guidelines

Tags must be attached and the lace must remain uncut

Returns must be shipped back with express shipping within 15 days of delivery
Please note: Weβre unable to accept any returns that have been worn, altered, cut, colored, damaged, or if the tag has been removed.
For U.S. Returns
We can provide aΒ prepaid return label for a small fee of $15.
Restocking Fee
To maintain our luxury standards, aΒ $150 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
This covers the cost of professional sanitizing, washing, and restyling of the returned unit.
Shipping
