Not quite what you wanted? No worries, we are here to help!

We gladly offer refunds or store credit on ready-to-ship and custom orders

Simply email us at support@jadorasecret.com within 10 days of receiving your unit, and we’ll share the return instructions.

Return Guidelines

To ensure a smooth return experience, please make sure:

  • Your item is in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact (hair net, paper head, satin bag, box)

  • Tags must be attached and the lace must remain uncut

  • Returns must be shipped back with express shipping within 15 days of delivery

Please note: We’re unable to accept any returns that have been worn, altered, cut, colored, damaged, or if the tag has been removed.

For U.S. Returns

We can provide a prepaid return label for a small fee of $15.

Restocking Fee

To maintain our luxury standards, a $150 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

This covers the cost of professional
sanitizing, washing, and restyling of the returned unit.

Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process your refund or store credit.

Important Notes

  • Sale and discounted items are eligible for exchange or store credit only

  • If the lace has been cut by us on your behalf, the unit is considered final sale
