Returns & Exchanges

Not quite what you wanted? No worries! We’re happy to offer a refund or store credit on ready-to-ship items and custom orders. Just reach out to us at support@jadorasecret.com within 10 days of receiving your unit, and we'll send you our return instructions.

Return Guidelines:

  • Please ensure the item is in its original condition, with all packaging (hair net, paper head, satin bag, box), unworn, tags attached, and lace uncut.
  • Returns must be sent back to us with express shipping within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned items that have been worn, altered, cut, colored, damaged, or have the tag removed.

For US Returns:

  • We can provide a return shipping label for a small fee of $15.

Restocking Fee:

  • A $150 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover sanitizing, washing, and restyling.

Shipping:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless in the unlikely event that the item is faulty.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return once it’s received.

Important Notes:

  • Sale or discounted items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • If we cut the lace for you, the unit is considered final sale.
