Yes! All our units are fully styled just like the photos. They come with natural pre-plucked hairline, so you can wear your unit straight out of the box.

We offer HD invisible lace in transparent or light brown on request. Our transparent lace will suit almost all skin tones and our light brown lace will suit darker skin tones.

Our most popular cap is our Lace Front Cap. 13x6 inches of lace for large parting space at the front. Made of wefts at the back. Adjustable and great for beginners. More affordable than Full lace.

We offer a small amount of Premium Full Lace Caps. Can be parted in any direction. Can be tied in a high ponytail. Best for those familiar with lace wigs.

Our hair is measured from the nape down. For example, If a bob until is 5 inches you can measured from your nape 5 inches down to see where it will land on you. Each wig is individually photographed on the mannequin to show the exact length you will receive.

Density is the volume of hair added to the cap. We offer 130%, 150%, 180% and 200% density.

130%-150% will offer a natural look which 180-200% density gives a high volume glam look.

Our ready to ship units come in a: MEDIUM or SMALL. We also offer a LARGE size on request.

Majority of our customers are a medium size. Small is recommended for petite heads and/or those with hairloss. If you are in between sizes it's best to go larger. All caps have adjustable straps to tightened as need.

Yes! All our units come with a natural customized hairline. We can cut baby hairs for you on request. Bleaching the knots is a method to lighten each knot where the hairs are tied to the holes in the lace so it matches the color of lace. We bleach the knots on almost all of our designs. Please check the specifications on the individual product.

The lace at the front should be cut just before the hairline when you are ready to wear the unit. If you would like us to cut the lace for you, please let our customer service team know by email at support@jadorasecret.com as soon as you purchase. Please note, if we cut the lace for you, the unit will be considered final sale with no exception.

Many insurance providers do cover wigs for medical purposes. To make a claim, ask your physician to write a prescription for “Cranial prosthesis"

After purchasing your wig, we will write you a medical receipt upon request. When submitting your insurance claim, you will need to provide a copy of the doctor’s prescription and the receipt.

Please contact us at support@jadorasecret.com within 10 days of receiving your unit we will provide you with our return address.

Any wig returned that has been worn, altered, lace or hair cut or colored, tag removed or damaged cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

For returns within the US we can provide a return shipping label for a small fee of $15.

Please note a restocking fee of $150 will be deducted from the refund or store credit to sanitize, wash and restyle the unit. Any cancelled order will result in a $150 restocking fee.

Shipping will be at the expense of the customer unless in the rare event of a faulty unit.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return once your package arrives back to us.
