Our most popular cap is our Lace Front Cap. 13x6 inches of lace for large parting space at the front. Made of wefts at the back. Adjustable and great for beginners. More affordable than Full lace.
Our new Full lace ALO Cap specially designed for total hairloss which includes a silicone non slip lining. No combs or band.
How is the length measured?
Our hair is measured from the nape down. For example, If a bob until is 5 inches you can measured from your nape 5 inches down to see where it will land on you. Each wig is individually photographed on the mannequin to show the exact length you will receive.

HOW TO MEASURE MY CAP SIZE
Majority of our customers are a medium size. Small is recommended for petite heads and/or those with hairloss. If you are in between sizes it's best to go larger. All caps have adjustable straps to tightened as need.

Will my insurance cover my wig?
Many insurance providers do cover wigs for medical purposes. To make a claim, ask your physician to write a prescription for “Cranial prosthesis"
After purchasing your wig, we will write you a medical receipt upon request. When submitting your insurance claim, you will need to provide a copy of the doctor’s prescription and the receipt.
How does Shipping work?

We offer same day FREE SHIPPING worldwide on any wig purchase.
For same day shipping, your order will need to be received before 1pm EST otherwise it would go out the the next business day. A signature will be required on arrival.
USA DELIVERY: FREE shipping on any wig purchase within the USA arriving in (3-6 business days) using USPS. For rush shipping arriving in (2 business days) there is a $49 fee.
For Overnight shipping in (1 business day) with Fedex is $99
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: FREE shipping on any wig purchase worldwide in (6-9 business days) with USPS. Fedex International Economy (5-6 business days) $49 fee.

Can I custom order?
Yes! If you see a design you like but want it in a different length, size, density just fill out our custom order form here.
Do you have payment plans?
We now offer Sezzle and Shop Pay for US and Canadian customers.
Shop and add items to your cart as normal. Split your entire online purchase into 4 interest-free payments, over 6 weeks with no impact to your credit. Choose Sezzle at Checkout! You’ll be redirected to Sezzle to Sign Up or Log In to complete your order.
Your order will be shipped out right away and your payments will be split up over 6 weeks.
What is your Return Policy?
Please contact us at support@jadorasecret.com within 10 days of receiving your unit we will provide you with our return address.
All products go through strict quality control measures. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging (hair net, paper head, satin bag and box), unworn with tags attached and lace uncut. Returns must be sent back to us with express shipping within 15 days of receiving the unit.
Any wig returned that has been worn, altered, lace or hair cut or colored, tag removed or damaged cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
For returns within the US we can provide a return shipping label for a small fee of $15.
Please note a restocking fee of $150 will be deducted from the refund or store credit to sanitize, wash and restyle the unit. Any cancelled order will result in a $150 restocking fee.
Shipping will be at the expense of the customer unless in the rare event of a faulty unit.
Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return once your package arrives back to us.
Please note: Any discounted or sale items will be eligible for exchange or store credit only. If you request for us to cut the lace for you, the unit will be considered final sale.
