Not quite what you wanted? We are happy to offer via refund or store credit on ready to ship items and custom orders.
Please contact us at support@jadorasecret.com within 10 days of receiving your unit we will provide you with our return address.
All products go through strict quality control measures. all returns must be in the original condition and packaging (hair net, paper head, satin bag and box), unworn with tags attached and lace uncut. Returns must be sent back to us with express shipping within 15 days of receiving the unit.
Any wig returned that has been worn, altered, lace or hair cut or colored, tag removed or damaged cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
For returns within the US we can provide a return shipping label for a small fee of $15.
Please note a restocking fee of $150 will be deducted from the refund or store credit to sanitize, wash and restyle the unit. Any cancelled order will also result in a $150 restocking fee.

Shipping will be at the expense of the customer unless in the rare event of a faulty unit.
Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return once your package arrives back to us.
Please note: Any discounted or sale items will be eligible for exchange or store credit only. If you request for us to cut the lace for you, the unit will be considered final sale.
